Terry Coltra was appointed to the Ninth District Agricultural Association – Redwood Acres Fair in 2001 by Governor Gray Davis and currently serves as President of the Board.
Coltra has been the Executive Director of the Northern California Indian Development Council, Inc. since 1993, providing overall management of the corporation and administration of Federal, State and Local government financed contracts, including the Workforce Investment Act Programs; the California Community Service Block Grant Program; Restoration Programs on the Klamath River of California; Housing and Community Development Programs; Management of a large Commercial Office and Retail Building, and a training and technical assistance business owned by NCIDC and several other endeavors of the corporation. Coltra also facilitated NCIDC’s purchase of their building in 1986, has managed the tenancy, maintenance and finances since purchase and is currently managing the planning, development and construction of the Carson Block Building roofing system, systemic retrofit and façade restoration project.
Coltra also serves as Board Member/Secretary of California Resource & Training, as board member of the Workforce Investment Board of Humboldt County and serves in other civic capacities, including membership of the California Chamber of Commerce and Greater Eureka Chamber of Commerce. Coltra is also Past Chairman of the Region IX Native American Employment & Training Coalition
